COVID-19 Procedures
We have made some changes at Eyecare Advantage Camberwell so that we can maintain social distancing measures.
Please call us before visiting our store if
- you are, or have recently been unwell with any cold/flu-like symptoms
- you have been in contact with anyone who is currently isolating as a COVID-19 precaution
We have masks and gloves available for when we need them, and hand sanitiser is available on the reception desk. Door handles and commonly-touched surfaces are being sanitised regularly.
If you handle any frames in store, we will ask you to place them on the reception desk afterwards so they can be cleaned before going back on display.
There are some problems which can be discussed over the phone.
We can arrange an appointment to maintain social distancing if concerned about their health being compromised.
