Information for Aged Care Facility providers

Roaming Eyes can attend your premises for periodic sight testing of your residents. We can cater for large batches if that suits your schedule - but we do not set a "minimum numbers" policy and are also able to attend for smaller numbers of patients if you prefer (or even individual visits if the need arises)
If we are seeing a number of patients at one visit, we prefer that you allocate a room for us to set up in, but we will accommodate any patients in their own rooms where necessary
We will provide a medical summary report for your files for all patients that we see. 
We are happy to attend on a regular basis for routine monitoring purpose such as glaucoma or diabetes check ups 
If we supply any of your residents with glasses, both the glasses and the glasses cases will be clearly labelled with the patient's name
Roaming Eyes is able to enter into an Allied Health Services Agreement with you if your organisation requires or would prefer to do so
