Roaming Eyes is a domiciliary optometry service based in Melbourne. Our optometry equipment is designed for mobile use, so our optician can visit you to perform a full eye test.

A regular sight test is a must – especially with advancing years! Apart from the obvious benefits of being able to read the paper, or see the TV well, your eyes are a wealth of information about your general health.

Medicare funds an annual eye test for the over 65s, so there is no charge to you for receiving the best possible care and attention.

A sight test at home can cover the full scope of examinations normally performed at the optometrist. We look at how good your vision is, and which spectacles (if any) will give you the best results. We also check for macular degeneration, glaucoma, and signs associated with diabetes as well as the general health of your eyes.
